Two part, commercial grade system combines a cleaner/ Activator necessary for proper roof preparation and an acrylic coating that provides an excellent protective barrier for extending the life of the EPDM rubber membrane. Saves over 25% in labor compared to similar systems. Quick drying time. Part 1: cleaner/Activator cleans and prepares EPDM roofing for maximum adhesion of acrylic coating.
