Shipping Policy

  • Orders placed through our website are shipped via major carriers. Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has shipped. Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after the order has been received, subject to product availability.
  • Some products are available for in-store purchase only. These items are clearly marked as “In-Store Only” on our website product pages. Please check product details before ordering.

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for most products, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. You may be required to obtain a return authorization before shipping the item back.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping.
  • Refunds are issued for the purchase price of the item only; original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • A restocking fee may apply to certain returns.
  • Electrical components and special-order items are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Items that have been welded, cut-to-length, or otherwise customized are not eligible for return.
  • All returns must include the original bill of sale and be in original packaging.

  • Any product marked “In-Store Only” must be purchased and returned at the store location.
